We love pets! 🐾 Our team is pet-friendly, but if your pet is anxious around strangers or vacuums, we recommend keeping them in a secure area during the cleaning. Let us know if you have any special instructions regarding your furry friends!

At Get it Clean Services, we hire trained, background-checked, and professional cleaners to ensure the highest quality service. ✅ Our team members are thoroughly vetted, experienced, and dedicated to making your home shine. ✨

We take your trust and security seriously, so you can feel confident knowing your home is in good hands!

Tipping is completely optional, but always appreciated! 💙 If you’re happy with your service, you can tip your cleaner in cash or add it to your payment.

We observe the following holidays and will not provide cleaning services on these dates:

  • New Year’s Day 🎉
  • Memorial Day 🇺🇸
  • Independence Day 🎆
  • Labor Day ⚒️
  • Thanksgiving Day 🦃
  • Christmas Day 🎄

If your routine cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.

We work on many federal holidays. If your cleaning falls on a holiday not listed above, we will arrive as scheduled unless you request to skip or reschedule the service.

 

Yes, the first cleaning usually takes longer ⏱️ because we focus on detailed cleaning and bringing your space up to our maintenance standards. After that, regular cleanings are faster and more efficient!

Nope! Staying home during your cleaning is completely up to you. Most of our customers aren’t home, and the majority either use a lockbox 🔑 or trust us with a key and alarm code for secure entry.

For added peace of mind, all house keys are individually coded and securely stored in our office. If you need a lockbox, we can provide one for you during the time we service your property. Just let us know! 🏠

We do our best to send the same cleaner whenever possible for consistency. However, due to scheduling, there may be occasional changes. Rest assured, all our cleaners are trained, background-checked, and highly professional!

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, Venmo (business), and checks. 💳 For residential cleanings, payment is due on the same day of the cleaning. If you’re on a recurring plan, invoicing options may be available.
