These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Get it Clean Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, cleaning services, and communications via phone, email, and SMS.

By booking our services, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Get it Clean Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office, medical, and facility cleaning services.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.


2. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided by phone, message, or email are approximate and subject to change after an in-person or on-site evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, level of dirt, clutter, or special requirements of the property.


3. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Clients must notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking or in the service agreement.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Secure pets during service

  • Remove excessive clutter before service begins

  • Inform us of any fragile, sensitive, or high-value items

We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable items, improper installations, or pre-existing conditions.


5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality results, not all stains, buildup, or damage can be completely removed. Some surfaces, materials, or conditions may limit what can be safely cleaned.


6. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be communicated before or at the time of service. Invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension, late fees, or collection actions as permitted by law.


7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get it Clean Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.


8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Get it Clean Services, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service notifications and updates

  • Follow-ups

  • Links to invoices, proposals, or service-related documents

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
