- Inside Small Appliances – We do not clean the inside of air fryers, toasters, or coffee makers. (Add-on available—contact us for details.)
- Cluttered or Hoarder Spaces – We do not clean excessive clutter or hoarding conditions.
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Heavy Grease & Industrial Equipment – We do not clean deep fryers, grills, or restaurant-grade industrial equipment.
- Fireplaces & Chimneys – We do not clean inside fireplaces or remove soot and ash. (Add-on available—contact us for details.)
- Animal Waste & Litter Boxes – We do not clean pet waste, litter boxes, or areas heavily soiled by animals. (Add-on available—contact us for details.)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Mold Remediation – We do not perform mold removal; professional remediation is required.
- Bodily Fluids & Biohazardous Materials – We do not clean blood, urine, feces, or medical waste. (Add-on available—contact us for details.)
- High Exterior Windows – We do not clean exterior windows beyond reachable height.
- Outdoor Areas – We do not clean patios, decks, garages, or driveways.

What is the cost of my cleaning?
The cost of your cleaning depends on factors such as the size of your space, the level of cleaning required, and any additional services you may need. To provide the most accurate pricing, we offer a free, no-obligation in-person quote. Please fill out our request form, and we’ll schedule a visit at your convenience.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated! 😊 If you’re happy with your cleaning service and would like to show your appreciation, you’re welcome to tip your cleaner. 💙 You can give a cash tip directly or add it to your payment if that’s more convenient. The amount is entirely up to you! 👍
What if something in my home or workplace gets broken?
We take great care while cleaning, but if something in your home or workplace is accidentally damaged, please rest assured that we will handle it professionally. 🏠💙 If you’re present, we’ll notify you right away. If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note (usually with a paper under it) and contact you as soon as possible.
In an event like this, our cleaners always take pictures and forward them to our office so we can begin the replacement process. The office will then reach out to you to complete a damage report. This rarely happens, but when it does, we are 100% honest and take full responsibility. Our cleaners are not penalized for any mishaps—accidents happen, and we believe in handling them with integrity and professionalism.
