These terms apply when you use the Get it Clean Services website, customer app, or online account. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your cleaning services are covered by your agreement with us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, your agreement applies. Information on our website is general, and a quote is final only once we confirm it with you.

Please keep your login private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

Do not use our website or app for anything unlawful, try to access another person's account, interfere with how they work, or copy our content, logos, or photos without our written permission.

By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about your account and service, such as schedule updates, reminders, and billing notices. By allowing notifications in our app, you agree to receive the same kinds of updates there. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or turn off app notifications in your phone settings.

We work to keep our website and app accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
